The woman had given up all HOPE when her wallet was stolen from her car!

One day in 2009, Courtney Connolly was ending her residency at the theater in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, when she discovered she was missing her wallet. She had accidentally left the car window open, so she was sure someone had stolen it.

After declaring it stolen by the police, the woman replaced all the objects and documents in her stolen wallet with new ones and then stopped thinking about it. She had completely forgotten about that night until a few weeks ago.

Courtney received a text from her sister-in-law telling her that the police had brought her wallet to the house where she had grown up, the house where the girl’s brother and his family now live.

Apparently, the wallet had been presented to a police station by a man who did not want to reveal his identity, the man, who was a driver, had said that someone had simply thrown the object into his car.

Even more amazing is the fact that nothing was taken from the wallet. 8 years after losing or stealing her wallet, the woman still had $ 141 in it! She is currently paying for the nursing school she attends, so the money couldn’t be more welcome.

Here is what the woman said: “The gift falls into my lap 8 years later when I needed it the most. I know that $ 141 is not extraordinarily worth a lot of money, but when you try to survive from one week to the next with very little money, it’s a huge amount. ”

The circumstances of the wallet’s disappearance have not yet been clarified, but Courtney says she doesn’t care, she’s just happy she got it back intact.

WOW!
