Delta Air Lines has offered a refund for a family in California, USA, who said they were forced to get off a plane and threatened to go to jail after refusing to give up a seat they paid for.
A video of the incident that took place on April 23 was posted on YouTube and shocked an entire world, going viral.
Brian and Brittany Schear of Huntington Beach, California, USA, were returning from Hawaii with their two young children. They wanted to put one of them in the paid seat for their 18-year-old son, who had left home a day earlier, so the place was empty and they wanted to occupy it somehow.
But the company says tickets cannot be transferred and changed names are not allowed.
