It was a clear day when Angela Shymanski was driving on a mountain road with her children: Lexi (5 years old) and Peter (3 months old), but lately the woman is getting tired very quickly because taking care of the baby requires too much effort, so Angela was very tired, her eyelids were heavy, and she fell asleep for a moment. This moment was fatal and triggered a tragedy.
Angela lost control of the car at that moment, the car skidded on the road directly into a precipice, rolled on a steep slope, and, after 12 meters of sliding down, hit a tree and hung over the abyss.
During the fall, Lexi closed her eyes, and when she opened them, she saw the car hanging over the precipice. Little Peter was crying in the child seat next to her, and her mother was unconscious. The girl had only a few contusions and small cuts.
The road was up there and the wrecked car could not be seen. That’s why the little girl, alone, decided to go for help. She got out of the wrecked car and climbed the steep, stony slope. When she reached the road, Lexi began to wave her hands, a driver saw her and stopped.
When they arrived at the scene of the accident, the doctors first gave help to the girl, to the destroyed car, in which her mother and brother were, it was impossible to get there! The rescuers were forced to descend on the ropes and also to climb Angela and Peter. The little boy had a cerebral hemorrhage, and his mother had suffered a spinal cord injury. Therefore, both were immediately taken to the hospital by helicopter.
Fortunately, Angela and Peter were no longer in danger and slowly began to recover. The boy recovered completely, but their mother had to stay hospitalized for a while. The doctors said that what saved them was the fact that they could be helped in time.
