The police were amazed, approached the child, and tried to talk to her, but as they approached, she became more and more agitated by their presence, making monkey-like sounds. The police then understood that the monkeys had adopted the little girl and raised her as one of their own, which is why they seemed to be extremely protective of her.

People could not leave her there, so they took her to the hospital, where she was nicknamed the Little Mowgli, a reference to the Jungle Book. After a few months, the girl’s behavior and physical condition improved dramatically.
