A 94-year-old man from the American state of Minnesota was left alone after his wife died a year ago. As he wanted to have company, he thought of building a swimming pool where children can have fun, which he did.
Keith Davison was left completely alone after his wife lost the battle with cancer. Evy died last year, at the age of 90, just four days before the two celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.
“You can’t imagine what it’s like. I’m crying a lot,” Keith told a Minnesota television station.
Left alone, the man thought of a solution. There was no public swimming pool in his town, so he built one in the garden behind his house. Not for him to enjoy the pool, but for the children of his neighbors.
