Parents are true heroes, especially in the eyes of their children. Creating a special and strong emotional connection, parents are responsible and supportive 24/7 with their kids, always there to provide, to support, to lift them up when falling, teaching them important lessons, and the real values to appreciate and look for in life. In some families, parents don’t concentrate so much on their kid’s needs but mostly on their image and other superficial aspects. Giving up is for the weak and superficial, while the real heroes continue to walk even if the road is full of obstacles. This article shows exactly what we are talking about.
Social media can be used in many ways, including noble causes. Someone noticed a man and a little girl crying incessantly in a bus and while everyone was minding their own business, Ray Tejada decided to ask some questions considering that the little girl was crying so badly. Apparently, the man was crying because of the pain his daughter was enduring because of eating sweets. They were heading to Manila to visit a dentist to have her teeth checked. His wife left him after she found out that he is diabetic. He explains to Ray how they asked for money the whole morning, on the way to Manila so they can have enough to pay the doctor and make the pain of the little one disappear.
Ray gave them some money, but not as much as they needed for the specialist consultation. Despite the amount, the man was so grateful that he burst into tears seeing that there was still a trace of love in his world. Thinking about how could he help them more, Ray made some pictures and posted the story online on his social media account to make their story known so maybe someone can offer them more support. In a week, the post has gone viral, liked, and commented by thousands.

At some point, the father and his daughter asked the bus driver to stop as he noticed a pharmacy. He told Ray that he will buy soft painkillers for his daughter and he thanked him again for the support and good intentions. It’s easy to judge someone. Even if it’s not ok to do it, it’s best to get to know that human’s story first, you never know what they went through. Let’s share this story, maybe someone will find out about their story and will give a helping hand!
