Everyone knows that energy drinks are not the healthiest drink, but a mother in the UK has found this the hard way.
It seems that her 13-year-old daughter drank energizers quite often when she went to school, and because her body could no longer cope with so much caffeine, it gave up.
The girl tells how she was in the schoolyard when she felt that the whole right part of her body was falling, having an attack.
Her whole body collapsed and her colleagues had to call the teacher to call her parents and an ambulance. The girl says that she had paralyzed the right side of her body: face, arm, torso, leg, and then fell to the ground, waking up in the hospital.
It seems that doctors diagnosed her with a sporadic hemiplegic migraine that occurred from high levels of caffeine.
Now the teenager and her mother want to sound the alarm on the consumption of such drinks. Although it rarely happens, these symptoms occur and can happen to anyone.
The doctors told the girl that if she put her mouth on the energizer once again, she would have a heart attack that could end her life.
