A pregnant mother in Colorado had the most unpleasant surprise just when she didn’t need it! The woman had just packed her bags to go to the hospital to give birth, but when she looked at the car she was horrified! Here’s what happened.
The mother in labor was devastated when someone stole her car while she was preparing to go to the hospital to give birth to her second child.
According to The Denver Channe, Codie Rayl and her boyfriend had just loaded all the things they needed at the hospital, along with another bag for their 2-year-old son and a new child seat for their future new daughter. But just then their car was stolen, around 7 o’clock in the evening.
The woman says that while the man was running into the house to take his boy, the thief came and took the car. Although the woman’s boyfriend tried to chase the car shouting that his girlfriend was in labor and had to give birth, the thief increased his speed and was taken away.
The two were forced to call an ambulance to help the woman get to the hospital, but unfortunately, she was sent back home telling her to return when the contractions become more frequent.
However, now that they no longer have a car, the woman is afraid that they will not arrive at the hospital on time. She added that in the bags stolen by the thief together with the car were all the baby’s new things, everything they could afford to buy and that they had no money to take more.
Police are investigating the ongoing case.
