Fireman has A Lovely Surprise Upon Visiting Severely Abused Puppy He Saved the Previous Day

There are so many people out there neglecting and tormenting the poor and voiceless animals. Fortunately, there are also many heroes showing up at the right moment to save them, and one of them is Mike Thawley, a Firefighter.

While on his way to a rescue mission, he noticed an abandoned 3-months old Pit Bull lying on the ground. He did his job at the rescue call and then drove back to the doggo to check what happened.

To his joy, Chunk the Pitt Bull was still alive but her condition was not very good. She was abandoned by the horrible owner, next to a tree, hairless and full of mange. Mike took action and brought the dog at the fire station and gave her a warm bath, taking good care of her. He took Chunk to a shelter along with his positive thoughts, praying for her to recover as soon as possible.

The next day, he visited the shelter to check on the Pitt Bull and he was so delighted to see that she remembered the hero that saved her. She gave him lots of kisses, showing lots of gratefulness to her rescuer.

After 4 months of good care in the “Front Street Animal Shelter”, the Pitty fully recovered from mange, and Mike, his wife Clara, and their 3 daughters went to the center and adopted Chunk, giving her a warm home. They knew that fate brought her in Mike’s way and Chunk really deserved a loving family after the terrible incident. Hope that the abuser was found and punished for his actions!
