Just a walk in the woods led to a huge discovery – what was inside the rabbit hole
The earth hides a lot of mysteries, things that are buried there and are waiting to be discovered for hundreds or even thousands of years. There are many people who even dedicate their lives to discoveries, research and the science of history, to learn more about the ancient man, about traditions, culture and daily life of the people that lived here long before us. What was apparently a simple walkthrough nature turned out to lead to a huge discovery for history.

A man discovered a cave that at first glance looked like a rabbit hole. He took courage and stepped inside and what he found there amazed him. It was an underground temple, built centuries ago. People came to the conclusion that the temple belonged to the Order of the Templars, at a time when they were looking for new members and money for the Crusades. The location of the underground temple is in Shropshire, Great Britain.
The Knights Templar were a Christian military monk order, also known as Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon. The Order was founded in 1119 in Jerusalem and recognized in 1128 in the Vatican where they received a lot of power. They became very influential, spread rapidly, and gained power through the protection and benefits offered by the Vatican. They are well known for the red cross on a white background, this being their emblem on the Crusades battles.

The Order of the Templars was destroyed in 1312 on March 22nd, when Pope Clement V was forced by the Philip IV of France to do so, as he was in debt. Many mysteries revolve around this Order, many say that they have guarded over time the Holy Grail, the cup from which Jesus Christ drank at the Last Supper. It is said that the place is currently used by practitioners of “black magic”.
Sometime after this event, an old man searched the area and found a sword that belonged to a noble member of the Order. The rusty sword is priceless and was kept by the old man.
A well-hidden place full of history and mystery. At first glance, we would say that it is just a hole, but looking more closely we can discover very important things about our past. Let’s share this amazing discovery!
