“They owe me $100,000!” – old woman was considered crazy and nobody was listening to her until this happened
Some people hide impressive stories behind them. Many of them are unfortunately not listened to, and because of the crowds and the speed with which society is advancing, they are left behind, in a huge stain of injustice. Fortunately, from time to time a good Samaritan stops and has the necessary time and disposition to listen to a person’s story. Many of the stories prove to be impressive and worthy of being put in a book. The woman’s story in the next article is completely true, even if almost no one believed her.

Wanda Ritter worked as a locksmith and raised 4 children, alone. She received social security checks, but the values were different from month to month. Believing it to be a mistake, she did not collect the money for fear of getting into other trouble with the state. Instead, she called the social security department and received no concrete explanations about the differences.
That’s how she got on the streets, where she stayed for 16 years, walking every day with suitcases full of documents with which she tried to convince people about her problem. People told her to stop the nonsense, or she would be hospitalized for mental illness. No one listened to her until Julie Turner, a 54-year-old social worker, decided to give her a chance and listen. Analyzing all the documents that Wanda made available to her, Julie realized that she was right and that the state really owed her money.
Julie concluded that the woman needed financial support, not a treatment for mental illness. Julie supported Wanda with her case and helped her move into an apartment until everything returned to normal. After the case was analyzed, Wanda got the first check, worth nearly $ 1,500. Finally, Wanda was justified and things returned to normal for her, but for 16 years she lived on the streets, in the cold, enduring hunger and thirst. Let’s share this story and show our appreciation for Julie who was there was nobody was!
