Disabled Veteran who served in the Vietnam War Has Two Choices – Give Up his PTSD Support Pit Bull Dog or Get Evicted!

A 73-year-old veteran living with his support dog, Diamond, at Freedom’s Path on the Chillicothe VA, Ohio, was threatened in a letter to leave the campus. “Willie, it’s time for you and your dog to go.

You will no longer be tolerated. Move out.”, was the message written on the letter signed anonymously.
After a while, Wille received an official document from the campus staff asking him to leave the center in case he doesn’t forsake Diamond. Apparently, someone was complaining about Diamond wandering in the campus area without the leash.

Willie stated that it happened only once, and the dog is being kept close to him, on his scooter. Diamond is helping him with his depression, loneliness, isolation, and post-traumatic-stress-disorder. In an attempt to seek help from the local media and lawyers, nobody offered to help him. The lawyers confirmed what was written in the letter.

Willie doesn’t see his life without his best friend, considering that he is supporting him with the illness. He is worried that they might end on the streets. “This is not a spot and place I want to be in right now in my life. Like I said, at my age, I don’t know how much time I got. All I want to do is live and let live”, Willie stated.

Let’s take action and share this video along with his story, so he can receive a fair treatment, considering his loyalty to the country.
