A place where the departments with the lowest number of days in which they were absent motivated are rewarded – in front of everyone else? It always happens at school. Can you imagine what kind of atmosphere this would create for people who have taken days off due to serious health problems? What the hell are we teaching our kids about value? What do we teach them about caring for each other and about caring especially for the sick and disabled in society and the community?
As much as I understand the importance of attending classes, there must certainly be a better way to help those families and children who do not go to school for serious reasons. The message we send to our children when we reward their attendance at class is wrong for so many reasons. ”
