This is Carole Adler with her son, Taylor Thyfault. At the age of 21, Taylor was already considered a war veteran ready to complete his last military service. He trained in the army to be with all the people who were with him. His most important goal was to be his best option. And his mother was his best friend.
Every morning the two, mother and son, had a little ritual: they always wrote a message in which they said “I love you”. While in the army, his mother had always been accustomed to talking to him through messages.
