The climber climbed the mountain when he FELL 69 ft in a HUGE ICE CRACK and managed to film everything!

Dr. John All is an experienced climber, not only has a lot of experience in climbing, but he also has a rare passion for exploring and climbing in isolated places, where no one dares to go. He is also a writer, often describing his adventures, which are by no means common or boring.

John is a respected academician, worked at the University of Kentucky as a professor and geologist, is the co-founder of a mountain climbing program that aims to study, explore and preserve mountainous regions. But nothing could prepare him for what followed.

John went to Nepal in 2014 to study the negative effects of global warming, at least that’s what he intended, compared to Mount Everest, which he had explored in 2010, this had to be a breeze.

On May 19, 2014, during his expedition to Mount Himlung, the surface beneath his feet seemed to have simply disappeared, and he collapsed 21 meters into an ice crevice, seeing nothing due to the camouflage of fresh snow.

Eventually, John climbed back up the crevasse walls, though he had fractured 15 bones. The crevice was actually 91 meters deep, but he was very lucky because he managed to swing on an ice ledge that stopped him from falling, otherwise he would not have survived. Despite his passion that could have cost him his life, John continues with the passion of his life, exploring the mountains.

Here’s what it all looked like below, and where it ended up after it fell:
