Jacee Dellapena is 12 years old and is from Jackson, Mississippi, USA. She began to cry when she thought she would not be able to see her little brother coming into the world, so obstetrician Walter Wolfe asked her if she wanted to help bring him into the world.

The girl’s mother said Jacee wanted to be in the delivery room when their other son was born, two years ago, but then her parents decided she was too young for such an experience.
