On the North Sea coast of Germany, 29 sperm whales were found dead.

A press release from the Wadden National Park announced that plastic waste was found in the stomachs of many whales. Among this waste was found 13 meters of mesh and many pieces of plastic from cars.

This was only possible due to human ignorance and irresponsibility of marine flora and fauna.
This incident in Germany is not the only one. Another sperm whale was thrown overboard off the coast of California, and similar incidents were reported in the United Kingdom.

One study says that about 80% of all plastic thrown on land eventually ends up in the waters of the seas and oceans.

What should we learn from these tragic stories? First of all, we must try not to pollute with plastic and to participate quickly in recycling.
