We as human beings do not take a little of our precious time to stop for a few seconds of what we do and to appreciate the work of others and their immeasurable effort in what they do, especially of the medical staff: doctors and nurses.
These people rarely have time for themselves, and when they do, they certainly appreciate those who show them that they are grateful for their work in saving lives. Ashley Bolling is one of those people, she is a hairdresser and she had her unique way of showing her gratitude for the work done by the nurses every day.
A client of hers came to get a haircut, directly with the nurse’s uniform on, and while she waited for her turn, she fell asleep. While other stylists would have reacted, perhaps, badly in this situation, Ashley immediately understood the situation of the nurse and her reaction will melt your heart.
When she saw the poor tired woman in her spare time, Ashley rested her head on her stomach for support and continued to arrange her hair.
The woman wanted to show an example of how we should behave with people who struggle daily to keep us healthy and understand them in moments like this, helping them as we can, through simple gestures but showing empathy.
