There are so many centers and shelters with enough space for animals that for some reason can’t be kept anymore inside a house, but some people still chose to dump them somewhere, without looking back. These actions are also punished by the laws with fines, depending on the location. The whole scene was recorded with a mobile phone by a woman who lives on the street where she left them.
The whole thing is happening in Texas. The woman who caught the whole moment says she had to go to work but saw a car parked in front of her house and a woman removing the dog’s collar. She immediately realized what it was about, because in that place it happened that dogs were abandoned and later remained in the area, not knowing what to do next.
She got dressed and immediately went out into the street and took out her phone to film the whole moment. She told the woman that they do not know how to feed themselves and that she can drop them at ACS Animal Care Services, which is also free. Then she gives her directions while, for a minute, the woman seems to be trying to get them back in the car, convinced that it would be a better idea to drop them off at the shelter instead.
