Natasha Fuller is a very pretty 8-year-old girl who was raised by her grandparents for almost two years because they took care of her for a good reason. The girl was suffering from a kidney problem due to the fact that she often had urinary tract infections. These problems eventually led little Natasha face to face with a major problem: she needed a kidney! Natasha was separated from her parents and her twin sister, who lives in Okhlahoma, because in Wisconsin she can receive specialized treatment for the condition she suffers from.
Jodi Smith, her teacher, who is a very respectable and generous lady loves her kids and didn’t know that little Natasha’s smile was hiding so many sad stories, but when she found out, she was so upset and decided that she simply can’t just stay there. So she decided and went to the Wisconsin hospital and checked if she was compatible with Natasha, and fortunately for her, she was compatible!
Finding out the amazing news, she called Natasha and her grandmother to school to discuss the big news, but thought of packing the news and deliver it in a unique way. She wrote on a piece of paper that it was compatible and wrapped it in a gift box that was to be opened by Natasha’s grandmother. When the old woman realized what it was about, she reacted hysterically, she couldn’t believe the gesture the teacher was going to make for her niece!
