12-years-old hero with no cape makes a change in the world – anything is possible as long as you put the work

Name the children’s favorite thing, the first one that comes to mind! Quick, don’t stop to think too much! Ok, probably the first answers include toys and sweets, of course. These things make a child extremely happy and if you are a parent you know very well that it is true. Unfortunately, there are many children in the world who do not have a good financial situation, as a result, they are forced to refrain from many harmless pleasures. Fortunately, they are not forgotten, because there are people on this earth who think of these less fortunate children and take action, even if they have less resources. One of these uncaped heroes is Cam, and he stated that he wants to make happy as many children as he can. His goals? Wait to see what he accomplished at such a young age!

Campbell Remess is a 12-year-old boy from Hobart, the capital of Tasmania. He and his 8 brothers and sisters and his parents live in a modest house, and due to the large family and not very consistent income, they did not have many toys. He always had a good and generous soul and one day in December, he had an initiative that surprised his mother. He asked his mother to buy gifts for children in hospitals and orphanages, but his mother told him they could not afford it. What did little Cam do?

Well, he focused on a solution and thought of his mother’s sewing machine. He asked her to teach him how to use it and he decided to create toys on his own. His goal is to be able to give back to the children in need of his bedroom. Campbell laid the groundwork for Project 365, with the goal to create one toy per day. He created a Facebook page to promote the noble cause and it had a huge impact on the world. A Facebook follower who greatly appreciates Campbell’s work has begun a fundraiser so Campbell can procure new equipment and materials. They set a week to reach this goal, but the amount was raised in just 36 hours. That’s really impressive, and it was very helpful for Campbell.

Campbell’s goals and actions are an example that anything can be achieved if enough work is done and an individual really wants that. In the attached video you can see the result of Campbell’s work, as well as the toys he made, his workshop, and much more information! His work is appreciated globally, the plush animals he makes are very cute and manage to make happy those children who are going through hard times. If at such a young age he has so much ambition and has managed to do so many good deeds, imagine when he will be an adult!  Let’s make Campbell’s project known and make more children happy through his noble work, so share this story with your loved ones!
