Women In Need is Ignored by People Passing By But Homeless Man Gives a Hand and Fixes The Flat Tire!

We love to see people doing good deeds, and this homeless man made a difference when he didn’t think a second and jumped to give a hand to a woman in need. During autumn, at the ending of September, the owner of Jessie Jean’s Historic 25th Café witnessed a beautiful moment and didn’t hesitate to immortalize it and post on her Facebook page. Inevitable, the clip became viral!

Anna Davidson and her husband live in the café hey own and run for over 20 years, and they had a pretty good view of the street, the place where the moment was captured. The husband noticed “Chuck”, one of their long-time customers helping a woman change her flat tire.

Shuree Michelle, the driver with the flat issue was driving by until one point when the tire blew, getting stuck in the middle of the road, next to the café. The vehicle was blocking the traffic, but none of the drivers or pedestrians bothered to help the woman in need. Only Charles “Chuck” Logan, a homeless person and according to Anna’s husband, he is helping out in the café every single day with usual tasks.

“Outcomes this guy and he asked if I had a spare tire and a jack,” Michelle said for Yahoo Lifestyle. “He didn’t hesitate to help and it was very sweet.”
The reasons of the story became well known is given to two facts.

We all know that usually poor people offer more than the rich ones, Chuck proving that by spending his off-work time and energy. The second fact, the community wasn’t always kind to the homeless people, because there was a time when the café offered discounted prices for the IRS workers that lost their jobs, increasing the homeless people’s visits at the local. That didn’t cheer up all the customers.
“We have about 5,000 government workers living in Ogden so when they couldn’t work, it was traumatic. We figured, ‘If we’re going to lose our business, we may as well help people on our way out.”, the café owner said for Yahoo Lifestyle. During the government shutdown, the café gave away over more than 800 meals to the people in need! Despite some people arguing about the homeless visiting the coffee shop, Anna didn’t care and continued her remarkable work, making a difference against these stupid stereotypes about the homeless population. Everyone needs to be treated the same, no matter what!

Chuck Logan is a trustworthy worker at the café, offering daily cleaning services and in exchange, he gets delicious and fresh meals. Anna’s husband calls him a “safety net”, because he is always there when needed, going the extra mile when it comes to hard work. One of Chuck’s favorite and most frequently used sayings is “Treat people as they would like to be treated, with respect,”.In exchange for the good deed, Shuree gave him $10, plus the appreciation for thousands of online viewers.

Please share and let’s hope that we see more moments like this one!
