Grenache Restaurant in Manchester, UK, is a well-known place. The chosen dishes, specific to English or French cuisine, all set up very well, lead visitors to believe that it is a truly unique place.

Mike Jennings is the owner of this restaurant and he is very proud of everything he has done so far.
One day, he was given a totally unusual experience. One of the waiters employed in his place was offended by some customers because he was facing this health problem.
Andy Foster just wanted to let his boss know what was going on, but Mike did more than that.

The owner of the restaurant did not resist and made this post public on the internet.
“It took a whole day to restore the trust of a team member, after he was humiliated in public, being subjected to social discrimination.”
“What’s wrong with him?” and “Why did you hire him?” they asked.
Then Mike replied, “At Grenache we hire people, evaluating their experience, knowledge, and passion for work… Not skin color, physical appearance, number of tattoos, size of clothes, religious affiliation, and health. We do not discriminate! If you do… Then please do not book a table at Grenache. You don’t deserve our time, effort, or RESPECT! ”
Andy Foster, the offended waiter, has been suffering from autism for seven years and says it is not the first time he has faced such situations. Although he has this condition, the boy is hardworking, amazed everyone with his efficiency and dedication.
Mike’s message received thousands of appreciations on a social network, and most of them sided with Andy, assuring him of their full support.
What do you think about the employer’s reaction?
