Outside a hospital in Southern California, an emergency doctor kneels in front of a concrete wall, crying out loud. His reason is downright incredible.
A paramedic, a colleague of his, captured this tragic moment and posted the image online. A few minutes after the photo was taken, the doctor returned to work, “upside down.” Hundreds of people left comments after seeing the incredible image.
What had happened? The doctor had just lost a 19-year-old patient.
Later, the friend who posted the image added the following text: “The man in the image could not save a patient. Although this is common in our work, the patients we lose are usually the elderly, the sick, or a combination of both. The patient who died was only 19 years old, it was one of those moments that happens to us very often and simply brings us down. After a few minutes in which he cried like a child in pain, the doctor re-entered the hospital, keeping his head up ”.
