Pham Quang Lanh complained of a headache after being hit by an iron bar that fell on him at the construction site where he works. he was seriously injured and doctors repaired his skull by inserting a titanium plate. However, sometime after the operation, he noticed that his head was swelling more and more and he was in terrible pain.

When he asked his family to look at the wound, they noticed the worms biting under his skin and immediately took him to the hospital. Here the doctors told her that the scar from the insertion of the plaque had become infected, it attracted the flies that laid their eggs in it.
