A devoted mother is struggling with a rare medical condition, and what is happening to her is terrible.
Wendy Richmond is 53 years old and goes into a coma every time she says “I love you” to her children. The condition is a kind of paralysis and occurs when she feels strong emotions such as laughter or crying.

Here is what she confesses: “When my granddaughter was born, I wanted to take her in my arms and tell her how much I loved her, but I had to refrain, it could be dangerous for both of them. I could have an episode and I could fall to the floor, hurting her. It’s very strange that I can’t tell my family that I love them without collapsing. ”
It seems that the woman suffered from this disease which is related to sleep and cataplexy and narcolepsy since adolescence, but only when she turned 30 was diagnosed.
