A 31-year-old man from the United States had a special passion for dangerous animals. Dan Brandon had come to keep 10 snakes and 12 tarantula spiders in the house. This misfortune left a lot of pain in his family and a shock among people around the world. His giant python, Tiny, killed his master in his bedroom while they were in bed. According to reports from forensic authorities and doctors, he died of asphyxiation. What is really shocking is the fact that the specialists claim that Dan was not attacked by the python but simply died by mistake, the animal showing too much affection for him and not intending to kill him.
One of the forensic doctors states that he does not believe that this is an intentional act on the part of the snake, because there is no evidence that there was any conflict between the two or that the snake was violent but simply in a moment of silence he wanted to show his affection for his master and no one realized what tragedy was going to happen.
As this case is a rare one, the investigations went much further to a reptile doctor and professor, John Cooper. He carefully examined the python and came to several conclusions, namely: first, the behavior of the snake would have been justified if it was during the period when it changed its skin, knowing that during this time the reptiles have a much more violent character. , but after long examinations, Dan’s python would not have been in this period.
The second conclusion would be that the snake had a rather violent temperament, there were several previous acts of violence between him and his master, the worst being when he hit him in the face and broke three teeth.
When the great calamity happened, Dan was at home with his mother. She did not hear anything conclusive, but the other reptiles began to make noise and were extremely agitated. When she entered the child’s room, she was shocked but reacted as quickly as she could knowing that her son’s life depended on her. The paramedics arrived as soon as the woman called, but it was too late, they failed to save Dan’s life.
