Dogs, like many other animals, are loyal, have a good heart, and are very intelligent. Sometimes they become trustworthy and become companions who are elevated to the rank of true family members. Unfortunately, many dogs are taken to shelters by people who find them on the street and notice that they are far too wild to be raised.
However, there are exceptions. Recently, a shocking story received a lot of attention from news sites. It is about the adoption of a dog whose name is not named, he had been adopted from a shelter where he had been brought by the former owner.
The dog’s new family was extremely happy to have him and they bombarded him with a lot of love and attention, but, although the dog returned their love and attention, he was doing something extremely strange. Family members began to notice something very strange, the dog behaved inexplicably every night.
Every night, without exception, the dog stared at his father and mother until they fell asleep. Despite the fact that they always played together, the dog never slept and looked at the two of them until they woke up.
The family was very worried that something might be wrong with him, so they took him to the local vet, but tests showed that the quadruped was perfectly healthy. So the mother and father had to visit the animal shelter where they had taken the dog from, they found out something terrible.
They were told that the dog’s previous owner waited until his pet fell asleep, only to take him and abandon him in the animal shelter. This dog reacted like a human, and refused to sleep from then on for fear of being abandoned again!
The family was moved to tears when they found out the story, so when they got home they moved the dog’s bed right next to their bed. Now the dog sleeps on a log every night!
