Keeping eggs on the fridge door? Here’s why you should stop doing that ASAP!

What’s the second door that I love opening after the house door? The fridge door! For many of us, eating a good meal is a special moment and a nice dish can make your day better, right? A full stomach and a happy heart! Well, for a delicious meal we have to make sure that the ingredients are fresh and therefore, stored correctly. Read this article and find out why is not a good idea to keep eggs on the fridge door!

It’s known that the door is the warmest part of the fridge, therefore it’s recommended to keep more resistant products in that part. Most of us do it, but instead of storing eggs, meat, dairy or milk there, we can replace them with juice cans, spices, bottles, and similar products which are not easily perishable. Another reason would be that the door is opened often ( speaking in my name, at least) and that’s why the heat can make it’s way inside and affect the products stored.

It’s one of the most common mistakes when it comes to food stores. Also, don’t over-fill the door because the air needs to circulate in order to cool the contents. Keep in mind that keeping the veggies inside the fridge might not be a good idea as well, because it can make the most important properties fade. Take these facts into consideration to avoid wasting food. Let’s share this with our loved ones!
