Doggy Daycare owner caught while she was kicking a pit bull with brutality
One of the favorite activities of most people is traveling. People love to discover new places, new people, to enrich their knowledge about distant places, different cultures, and specific foods. We all know some of the headaches, so to speak, that we encounter when we go to a holiday destination. In addition to the financial part, transport and accommodation, we must also take into account the pets, exactly where we will leave them during the period in which we will be away in order to ensure that they get good treatment.

In the end, they are part of the family and it’s sad when we find ourselves in a situation in which we can’t take them on trips with us. Therefore, it is essential to find the solution in time, to avoid possible inconveniences, and an example would be the experience that this man had after going on vacation and leaving his dog in the care of a well-known shelter for the excellent services offered to animal owners.

Mike LaSalvia was in Mexico, on vacation with his family, and completely believed that his pit bull named Leo is in good hands at Tails R Waggin Doggie Daycare, where he has been left several times in the past. One day, he checked the video cameras to see Leo, and what followed upset him very badly. Leo could be seen being brutally kicked twice by an employee and dragged on the floor along a hallway, just like a sack of potatoes. At that moment, Mike, totally disappointed and angry at the quality of the services and worried about Leo’s well-being, called his sister who went to the daycare to ask questions and take Leo. Mike also left Mexico, leaving behind the dream vacation, to make sure Leo was okay.
The person who was caught while assaulting the dog is the owner, Amy Beach, who wrote a statement:
“The video clip now circulating on the internet of an incident that occurred in our Tallmadge location shows me handling a dog roughly. I agree that the video itself, viewed without context, is very disturbing. I want my fellow dog-lovers to know the rest of the story directly from me.
At the beginning of the video, as I let the pit bull out into the common area, it immediately approached another dog’s back. The pit bull’s hair was standing up and he was low-growling – three very distinct signs of an impending attack. It was at that very moment that I made a split-second decision to subdue the pit bull for the protection of myself and the two dogs. In the emotion of the moment, I was scared and reacted instinctively.
I have worked with dogs for 9 years and I have seen the horrific damage a dog-on-dog attack can cause, and I moved quickly to shut-down that possibility. I can’t begin to tell you how sorry I am for the heartache this has caused the pit bull’s owner and family, as well as our clients.
I just feel awful about what happened.
Sincerely,
Amy Beach, owner
Tails R Waggin, Tallmadge, Ohio”

Amy Beach behavior is unacceptable, given her experience in the field. Pass this story to your friends and family!
