It ever happened to you to lose some important documents or cash, or even your wallet by mistake? This woman had financial problems, was behind some bills and her income was not very consistent compared to expenses. One day she checked the correspondence and among the outstanding bills, she found a different envelope, sent by an unknown sender. She entered the house, made a coffee, and started checking the envelopes and when she opened the mysterious envelope, she was amazed to see what she found inside. Almost a pile of money! She believed that it has to be a miracle, because let’s be serious, who’s sending money in the mail these days, with no reason? Next to the money she also noticed a piece of paper with some writings on it, but with no names. She opened it and found this message:

“Dear (the woman’s name was not released),”

Five and a half years ago I did something horrible to you, I stole the wallet from your purse. I was an addict who needed money to take another dose. I didn’t even know you, I looked in your bag and took the wallet while you were holding it. I took the money and then threw the wallet in the trash of the first store.

Not long after that I landed in a clinic and I recovered, I have been awake for 4 years. I also kept your credit card, I recently found it along with junk. I searched for your name and found out where you work. So here I am.

I can’t imagine the frustration and despair I made you go through, not to mention the effort to go do other things. It is unforgivable what I did, but I would like to give you a small amount of money for all the torment you went through.

I will never do what I did to you again, I will continue my life as an honest man.

I want you to have only happiness, prosperity, and health ”.

Even if the deed of this person is unforgivable, it is gratifying that he managed to give up bad habits and that he returned to the right path. Apparently he was an angel from heaven for the woman who was in trouble at the time when she got the envelope. The woman used the money she received to cover all the arrears she had.
