For unjustified reasons, some people choose to reflect their frustration in vile ways, such as insulting other people. A 22-year-old girl named Kate was fired from her job for her outfit.
We leave it to you to draw conclusions after taking a look at her outfit from that day. In addition to being fired, she was offended by the management of the department she was working in. She posted everything on Facebook to make her experience known and to sound the alarm against such individuals.
“So I’ve just got home after being sacked from my job, for refusing to wear a bra. Yesterday someone said some harsh and inappropriate words to me, the one who said them to me was my manager’s brother. I felt very uncomfortable and was shocked by what was happening to me.
Unfortunately, the manager thought it would be appropriate to tell me that I would not be allowed to come to work if I did not put on a bra. He told me this in front of three colleagues and in front of some clients. I was shocked and made me feel so ashamed of my body, even after I had been harassed at work. He insulted me, saying that I am stupid and exaggerated when I told him I was very upset.
I was completely disgusted by her unprofessionalism and lack of respect for my women’s rights. I have the right to wear anything that makes me feel comfortable. No one should EVER feel the need to hide in order to avoid being harassed or to receive comments about their own body. I’m so sad.”
