She entered an abandoned house to make sure no one lived there – what the officer found there
The police make sure every day that we live in a safer city and that we walk without fear on the sidewalks of our neighborhood. The courage and determination with which these people equip themselves every day in missions is very high and is part of their CV. Ashley knows this very well and makes daily efforts, patrolling and making sure that everything is safe for the inhabitants of the city where she lives. In her attempt to do so, she found herself in a situation where she had to make a decision that would change her life.
Ashley was enjoying a normal workday, patrolling the streets of the neighborhood where she has also lived for a long time. She really loves what she’s doing. Being a police officer she knows how important it is to follow the rules, so when she passed an abandoned house she decided to check it and see if the house was completely abandoned. He knew that there are some individuals who enter such places to hide from people’s eyes while stinging their skin, in search of unreal sensations.
To make sure there were no addicts there, she went in and checked the house. To her surprise, she realized she was right. The house was not empty. Ashley discovered a pit bull dog tied with a rope inside the house. The dog was very clean and it was obvious to her, after looking in his eyes, that he was very confused and upset because he had been abandoned by the most precious thing he had: his family.
“He looked very well and clean and showed no signs of aggression. He just wanted attention and love”, Ashley said.
Ashley couldn’t leave him behind so he put him in the police car and they drove together to the nearest animal care center, where she was going to accommodate him in the hope that someone would give him a house full of love and harmony, as he deserved. Something different was about to happen after a few days. Ashley realized that she can’t stay with the thought that she left behind that cute puppy, so she started the adoption process. “Grayson”, as she named the pit bull, was taken to a new home, and the pictures speak a thousand words, we can see how happy they are together.
