To streamline tasks at work, many companies choose to start the day as productively as possible. Just as breakfast helps the body function better and is considered the most important meal of the day, so morning activities can impact and make a huge difference in the workflow, improving the employees’ ability to concentrate, to induce their well-being, and to avoid the feeling of pressure.

Stress is a real enemy nowadays, which is a rather strange thing, given that things are evolving so fast, and our lives are getting more and more comfortable as days are passing. Some companies have chosen physical activities, such as yoga, meditation, or gymnastics. Others thought of more original ideas.

A company in Beijing, China, came up with a nonconformist idea to improve employer-employee relations. It is a company that distributes beer-making machines at home and the head of this company proposed that every morning, between 9:00 and 9:30, female employees to queue at his office.

The reason? Well, he thought that by kissing, they would work more efficiently. Exactly, you read that right. His idea is quite offensive and out of the ordinary. Some of the employees resigned immediately when they heard the proposal, which eventually became a rule. But most stayed and complied, forming a line every morning to kiss him. The man said that many of the employees miss him when he is absent and he feels more appreciated. In the first phase, the women thought it was a joke, but the man was very serious.

He heard the idea was put into practice by a company in the United States, he said. The life of a boss, that’s how he must see himself. He probably feels more motivated after half an hour of being kissed by so many beautiful women.

We do not believe that it is about strengthening the relationship between the parties, but rather a less selfish tactic of stealing a kiss more often. We are sure that the people who worked there and resigned agree.
