A man received a real-life lesson from a little girl he thought was helping, in fact, she was helping him. Here’s how:
“A man went into a flower shop to buy flowers for his mother. His mother lived far away, and although he had promised to visit her this weekend, he did not intend to do so because he wanted to spend time with his friends. He thought his mother would be happy if he sent her some flowers as an excuse.
The man noticed at the entrance to the flower shop, a little girl crying. The man asked her why she was crying. She told him she wanted to buy a flower for her mother, but she didn’t have enough money.
The man smiled at the child. He urged her to come with him to the flower shop because he was buying the flower she wanted for her mother.
Inside he ordered the flower for the little girl and the bouquet for his mother. The girl chose a beautiful red rose and the man paid.
As they were about to leave, the man offered to take her home to her mother. The girl was very happy and accepted.
In the car, the girl gave him directions to where he needed to go. It was a cemetery. The girl got out of the car, stepped beyond the entrance, and went straight to a grave where she put the rose.
Tears began to flow down the man’s cheek.
He returned to the flower shop where he canceled the order, bought a beautiful bouquet, got in the car, and went to see his mother. “
