When a pregnant woman from North Carolina, Natosha Kirkland (26 years old), posted a picture of her belly on Facebook, the police came to her house to arrest her.

They didn’t arrest her for exposing an indecent picture, it was just a picture with a pregnant belly, no, it seems that the future mother posed in front of accessories specially made for drugs.
A few days after posting the picture, several friends on her list noticed the drug tools in the back. Then the police knocked at the door. She was charged with credit card fraud, driving without a driver’s license, and obtaining property under false pretenses.

People are shocked that she was not accused of endangering her baby’s life in any way…
She had marijuana, a spoon, and a heroin syringe on the table to the left of the image. Her arm is also tied with a tourniquet for heroin.
After she was arrested, Natosha logged into her Facebook account and wrote the following message:
“My Facebook account was hacked, I haven’t been able to log in for a month. The picture was taken a year ago and I was not pregnant, my children were taken at that time. I had lost my mind and yes, I took drugs… But I’m “clean” now and I plan to stay that way. So for everyone, you know I’m 20 weeks and 5 days pregnant, I don’t take drugs anymore, and that picture ruined my life, but I won’t let that bring me down, to stop me from living my life with the baby to be born and my other three children. So please stop talking about me… ”
What do you think? Do you think she deserves to be arrested? Or do you think her Facebook account was really “hacked” as she claims?
