A baby was left by his own mother in a beer crate on the side of a highway, but what shocked passers-by was the fact that next to the youngest son was the eldest child, aged 6 years. The woman had abandoned him too.
It all happened in Vietnam, Hanoi. Residents of the capital were shocked to discover in the beer crate a baby who had been wrapped in a blanket.
Next to him was his older brother, 6 years old, who was crying, in a state of panic, and trying to protect him, with his arms fixed on the makeshift basket.
According to the Daily Mail, the two had been abandoned that morning on the side of the highway.
The poor baby’s brother said that their mother had told him that he only went across the road, to the gas station, on a motorcycle, to buy gas, but she never returned.
Authorities are currently trying to track down the children’s parents.
