Kelly was ready to get married, but a few hours before the wedding she began to behave extremely strange, the poor girl began to hallucinate and scream that she heard a strange sound in her ears.

Apparently, the young woman had been bitten by a mosquito while at a bachelor party in Costa Rica. The insect had deposited its larvae in the wound thus formed, and they grew in her flesh.

Another well-known case is that of Rochelle Harris, who had the same type of larvae growing in her ear, after going on a trip to Peru with her boyfriend. According to the woman, the two had gone through a swarm of flies on their journey, and she believes that then the insect entered the ear to lay its larvae.
