Colton Burto of Nebraska nearly died in 2003 after undergoing severe appendicitis surgery. Only four months after this intervention, his parents realized that something amazing had happened to him because he was not the same child at all.

Although at first he did not pay attention to his son, it was only later that he understood what had happened. Colton began to tell his father how he went to Heaven where Jesus and the angels came and took him to the Garden of Eden. The boy tells how Jesus wore white clothes and a purple scarf. At the same time, the Son of God had scars on his hands and feet.

The boy went on to tell how, at first, he entered the throne room where he saw God. He was disoriented, he didn’t understand what was happening. He then met his great-grandfather, who had died 30 years before the baby was born. His grandfather gave him a hug full of love and kindness. He also met his sister… so he found out that his mother had had an abortion. Colton calmed down, he felt good in Heaven, he wanted to stay there, but he didn’t.

During this time, Colton’s parents prayed wholeheartedly to God that the operation would succeed and that their little boy would be well. They were angry with God, they did not understand why their child had to go through this difficult situation. God listened to them from Heaven and fulfilled their desire.
