An ordinary sewer work has revealed a unique discovery lately.

A team of workers working to expand the sewer network of a Chinese city has found an important discovery for the scientific world in recent years: the largest collection of dinosaur eggs, fossilized.

In total, 19 intact, petrified eggs were discovered in the ground. When the excavator began laying eggs on the surface, the work stopped, and the site managers decided to call in a team of specialist archaeologists to analyze in detail the nest found and to provide information about the missing creatures of more than 120 million years.
The Chinese city of Heyuan is recognized as the “City of Dinosaurs” by the Book of Records, due to the large number of prehistoric fossils discovered over time.
