One day a student and his mother, Casey, noticed a homeless man collecting coins from the side of the road. Coincidentally, on the same day, the mother and the man met in the same store, but what happened to them then changed the lives of both of them.
Here is what Casey says on Facebook: “I saw him enter the store counting his coins to buy something and suddenly I had the impulse to talk to him. I talked to him again and again even though he didn’t feel like it. He told me a lot about people, the story that usually people are always bad with him because he doesn’t have a house, that he ended up like that because of drugs, that he hates the person he became, that he lost his mother to cancer, he never knew his father and that all he wants is to become someone that his mother would be proud of.
When I had to leave he said to wait a bit, he wanted to write me something to read later. Then he handed me a crumpled note, apologizing for the ugly writing, his hands shaking. Then he left. ”
When Casey read the note she shuddered, look what the man had written to her: “I wanted to kill myself today, but because of you now I don’t want to. Thank you very much, beautiful soul “.
