The dog served them for 10 years and deserved this emotional and respectful farewell.
A black dog that has been a fire dog for 10 years, received a tribute full of love and respect by firefighters in the Chilean city of Iquique after he died.
Unfortunately, Negro died on March 6, 2018, at the age of 14, after dedicating his life to helping firefighters save people.
So the firefighters decided to give Negro a special ceremony.
They placed the dog in a white coffin made especially for him and took him to be buried near the fire station where he worked all his life.
In his memory, they also planted a tree nearby.
RIP Negro, you deserve it.
