An annoyed mother leaves a horrible note at the mailbox for a family – the message made the entire neighborhood angry
Autism is a mental disorder that is more and more common in children and early diagnosis is very important. Even if this condition has no cure, with the support of the treatment provided by the psychiatrist it can alleviate the symptoms and patterns of behavior developed. Symptoms that should be considered when it comes to autism in young children include the following: little ones may show unwarranted fear, aggression, no reaction when it comes to gestures or affection, even when they are called by name, sensitivity to sounds or eating or sleeping problems.
According to a study by the CDC and ADDM, in the United States, approximately 1 in 69 children is diagnosed with autism, more cases have been reported in boys than in girls. Parents who have children with autism know how difficult it is but their love for their children is too big and strive to make their lives as beautiful as possible and do the best to help them become independent adults. Max Begley, a 13-year-old boy loves to visit his grandparents where he receives a large dose of love and affection. He suffers from autism, and his mother, Karla, suffers from sclerosis, a terrible disease. Max goes out every day in the backyard to do his favorite activity, namely, to hit the ball. A few weeks after Max’s arrival, Karla received a disturbing letter, signed by an angry mother. We invite you to follow the article further and find out what was written in the letter. The language used is very offensive and full of hate. It’s so hard to believe that it was written by a real mother. The writer of the letter used phrases like this:
“You let your kid outside every day and let him be nothing but a no sense and a problem to everyone else. That noise he makes when he is outside is dreadful!!!!! It scares the hell out of my normal children!!!!”
The “mother” who wrote this letter continued with phrases full of hateful words addressed to Karla and Max. Max was diagnosed with severe autism at the age of 2 and since then his family is supporting him every day, loving him, and providing treatment to help him overcome his condition. The part that worried Max’s family and made them move forward and make the letter public looks like this:
“Do the right thing and move or euthanize him!!! Either way, we are ALL better off!”
It is hard to believe that a mother would say such words about a child, no matter how noisy he is. it’s a wonderful boy, he’s just sick. Given that the person who wrote this letter was quite aggressive and threatening, Max’s father said that he is worried about the safety of his family and that he will file a complaint and take all necessary steps to find the sender. The neighbors heard of this incident and gathered to support Max and his family, telling them that they are in this together, proving that they appreciate Max.
